Long COVID Deutschland Initiative was launched

People affected by Long COVID founded the Facebook support group and Long COVID Deutschland Initiative. This creates a space for people affected by Long COVID and their relatives to exchange information about the course of the disease and symptoms of Long COVID and to support each other in seeking medical advice.

The Long COVID Deutschland Initiative is a nationwide association of affected persons and relatives with diverse professional and specialist backgrounds. Among them are also doctors and nursing staff who are affected by Long COVID themselves. In addition to their commitment to helping those affected, the members demand better medical care, more funding for clinical research and for the development of biomedical therapeutic options.
