Fourth “Long COVID Round Table” at the Federal Ministry of Health
Experts, patient advocacy groups and relevant public health stakeholders came together with Federal Minister of Health Prof. Dr Karl Lauterbach on 17 September 2024 in Berlin to exchange their views on the latest developments in the field of Long COVID. This time around, the discussions mainly focussed on the latest research findings, the current situation in care, new healthcare research projects of the Innovation Fund as well as the work of the Expert Group on Long COVID Off-Label Use. The Federal Ministry of Health previously hosted Long COVID round tables in September 2023, December 2023 and April 2024 with the aim of improving networking among all parties involved.
